3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by HYBE, SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, YG Entertainment, or any specific artist, idol, group or agency named or shown on this site, unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product page. All artist names, group names, trademarks, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes only.

The content of this website itself, including text, layout and design created by Merchidol, may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use this site to:

  • Attempt to defraud Merchidol or another user
  • Resell products purchased from Merchidol in a way that misrepresents their source or condition
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site
