What are your T shirts and hoodies made of?
Every product page lists the exact fabric, the fabric weight and the print method for that item, so you know what you are buying before you order.
Fabric weight is shown in GSM (grams per square meter). Lightweight tees of around 130 to 160 GSM feel soft and breathable, midweight tees of 170 to 200 GSM are the everyday standard, and heavyweight tees of 220 GSM and up feel thick and structured. Hoodies and sweatshirts are usually made from fleece of around 280 to 350 GSM.

How do I find my size?
Lay a T shirt or hoodie you already like flat on a table. Measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, then multiply by two. Measure the length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Compare both numbers with the size chart on the product page, which lists measurements in both centimeters and inches.
Most of our tees and hoodies use a unisex cut, which follows standard men's sizing. If you usually wear women's sizes, choose one size smaller for a regular fit, or your usual size for a relaxed fit. If you sit between two sizes, pick the larger one for a looser look.
Are your designs official band merchandise?
Our band style collections are original fan designs created by Merch Idol. They are not official band merchandise, and Merch Idol is not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists named in our collections. We do not use band logos, album artwork or photos of artists in these designs.
If an item is officially licensed, its product page will say so clearly.
Orders
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Merch Idol ships to customers around the world. The shipping options, costs and estimated delivery time for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.
For orders sent outside your own country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by the customs office in the destination country, so please check your local rules if you are unsure.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if something does not look right, email us at info@merchidol.com. Please include your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging. This helps us understand the problem and sort it out quickly.
You can also return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or a size exchange. See our Shipping and Returns policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can follow its progress on our Track Order page. Enter your order number, which you will find in your order confirmation email, and the billing email address you used at checkout.
If tracking has not updated for several days, email us at info@merchidol.com with your order number and we will check it for you.
