Our Commitment

Merch Idol wants every visitor to be able to find, read and buy what they need on merchidol.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers or other assistive tools. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our target, and we keep improving the site as we add new pages and products.

What We Have Done

• Added descriptive alternative text to our category, banner and blog images.
• Used a clear heading structure on our pages so screen readers can move through them easily.
• Built our FAQ answers with standard HTML so they open and close with a keyboard as well as a mouse.
• Kept our main text in a readable size with clear spacing.
• Turned off motion effects in our custom sections for visitors who choose reduced motion in their device settings.
• Written our content in plain, simple language.

Known Limitations

Some parts of our site, such as image sliders, some theme elements and content from third party services, may not yet fully meet our target. We review these parts regularly and fix issues as we find them.

Tips for Using Our Site

• Use the Tab key to move through links and buttons, and Enter to open them.
• Zoom in with Ctrl and plus on Windows, or Command and plus on Mac.
• Turn on reduced motion in your device settings to limit animations.
