Check the status of your Merch Idol order in a few seconds.
- Find your order numberIt is in the order confirmation email we sent after you placed your order.
- Enter your detailsType your order number and the billing email you used at checkout in the form below.
- See your order statusClick Track and you will see the current status and the details of your order.
What Your Order Status Means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | We have your order, but the payment has not been confirmed yet. |
| Processing | Your payment is confirmed and we are preparing your order. |
| On hold | Your order needs a check before it can continue, such as a payment review. We will email you if we need anything. |
| Completed | Your order has been sent. Check your email for shipping details. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled and will not ship. |
| Refunded | We have refunded your payment. Your bank may need a few business days to show it. |
| Failed | The payment did not go through. You can place the order again or try another payment method. |
Tracking Tips
- Use the right email. Enter the same billing email you typed at checkout. A different email will not find your order.
- Check your spam folder. Order and shipping emails sometimes land in spam or promotions.
- Give tracking time to update. International parcels can go several days without a new scan while they travel between countries or pass through customs.
