Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of merchidol.com and to every order you place with Merch Idol (“Merch Idol”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Who Can Use Our Store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you and accept these terms.

Our Products Are Fan Made

We use artist and band names only to describe the style that inspires a collection, so fans can find what they are looking for. All band names and trademarks belong to their owners. If you own rights in a name or work and have a concern, email info@merchidol.com and we will review it promptly.

Product Information

We work to show our products accurately, including colors, prints, fabric and sizing. Screens display color differently, so the real product may look slightly lighter or darker than the photos. Small differences in print placement can happen because each item is printed separately. Size charts on product pages are a guide, and we recommend checking them before you order.

Prices and Availability

Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website and may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. Products are available while stock lasts. If we make a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and give you a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a pricing error appears, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Payment

Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed by the third party payment provider you choose at checkout, and your use of that provider may also be subject to its own terms. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, Customs and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of carriers, customs or events outside our control. Orders sent to another country may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. Full details are in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Returns and Refunds

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or a size exchange, as explained in our Shipping and Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Your Account

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Our Designs and Content

All original artwork, product designs, photos, text, logos and other content on merchidol.com belong to Merch Idol or the people who license them to us. You may view and share our pages for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, print, sell or reuse our designs or content without our written permission.

Reviews and Content You Send Us

If you post a review, photo or other content on our website, you confirm that it is honest, that it is your own, and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. You give Merch Idol permission to display and share that content on our website and social media in connection with our store. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to our products.

Acceptable Use

When you use our website, you agree not to:

• Break any law or encourage anyone else to do so.
• Place fake or fraudulent orders, or use a payment method you are not allowed to use.
• Try to hack, overload or interfere with our website or its security.
• Copy our content with bots, scrapers or other automated tools.
• Upload anything harmful, such as viruses or malicious code.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may link to websites run by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Except where the law does not allow it, our website is provided as it is, without extra promises beyond those in these terms and our policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Merch Idol is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using our website or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use when our store, our services or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
